Grantsville City is
requesting letters of interest from individuals who would like to serve on
the Grantsville City Planning Commission.
Ø The
Planning Commission considers and votes on the general plan, zoning and
land use applications.
Ø Members
of the Planning Commission are selected by the Mayor and need to be
ratified by the City Council.
Ø An
appointment is for a three year term.
Ø Planning
Commissioners receive no monetary compensation for their services.
Ø The
Planning Commission meets the second Thursday of every month and on
occasion holds special meetings.
A letter of interest and resume
should be directed to the attention of Shauna Kertamus, Zoning
Administrator, 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, Utah 84029. Letters should be submitted on or before
5:00 p.m. January 8, 2010.
