Grantsville City’s finance department is responsible for monitoring all revenues and expenditures.    The Finance Department supports all departments and agencies of the City by providing financial information and recommendations, helping to implement our collective vision for our community.    

 

The Finance Department performs the following functions for the city:

Accounts Payable/Cash Receipting -  Processes and records customer payments and city expenses
Finance Director – Budgeting, purchasing, state reporting, financial reporting and forecasting
Treasurer –  Payroll, cash management, and state reporting
Utility Billing – Billing for water, sewer, garbage, and account collections.
