1000 books before kindergarten   Diverse Online
Early experiences and interactions are a key factor in a child’s brain development and the ability to learn language skills is greatest before the age of 6. Early literacy skills can have a lifelong impact on educational and occupational success. In fact, one of the most important predictors of school success is being read to at home during early childhood. By reading just one book a day with your child, you’ll reach 1,000 books in less than 3 years!

In Grantsville we celebrate many things - events that are important for family and community alike. Some have been celebrated for generations like our annual Sociable which started in 1884, while others are new like the latest addition to your family.

This online program is for those who are curious. Curious about a world viewed through different eyes, and different life experiences.  We hope you enjoy the selection of titles that we have in our library as well as the items available online through our Beehive Library Consortium portal.
